Roasted squash with dried cranberries Recipe Directions
Cranberries in 100 ml of orange juice over low heat bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Pumpkin into wedges. Dice the onion and apple peel. Apple, cranberries, soaked with juice and thyme mix. Sauté onion in a teaspoon of oil. Cranberry mixture to admit simmer 3-4 minutes.
