50 g dried cranberries
400 ml Cranberry juice
75 grams Powdered sugar
1st untreated orange

Sorbet with dried cranberries Recipe Directions

Dried cranberries with juice and sugar over a gentle heat bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered about 15 minutes.

Orange hot wash and dry. 1 tablespoon zest, juice squeeze. Take cranberries from the heat, let cool and stir in orange peel-and. Puree the mixture finely, place in a cold-resistant bowl and place in the freezer.
