Recipe Ingredients for Apricot Chutney

750 g Apricots
250 grams Apples
250 grams Onion
20 g Raisins
125 grams brown sugar
175 cl Wine vinegar
some Salt
1 / 2 tsp Ground allspice
1 tsp Fresh or ground ginger

Apricot Chutney Recipe Directions

Wash apricots and stone. Wash and peel the apples, quarter them (remove the cores). Apricots, apples and onions into cubes. Put everything in a pot. The raisins, sugar, vinegar and spices and mix well. Bring to boil over low heat and simmer about 45 minutes thickens. Stir again and again. Still hot, pour into glasses.
