1 box | (250 g) apricots |
90 grams | Flour |
1 tbsp | Sugar |
60 g | soft butter |
30 grams | Creme fraiche |
1 Pk | Vanilla sugar |
Apricot Crumble Recipe Directions
Drain the apricots and place in a baking dish. 2-3 tablespoons apricot juice drip over it. Flour and butter with sugar sprinkles to knead. Spread on the apricot tree.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (gas mark 3-4, circulating air: 180 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
