Apricot Mojito Recipe Directions
1st Drain the apricots. 4 halves aside, remaining puree. Mint Wash, shake dry. Mint, lime juice and brown sugar spread on the glass, crush with a pestle slightly so that the mint leaves can unfold their aroma.
2nd Apricot puree spread on the glass. Pour into each glass 30 ml white rum and fill with crushed ice. Add a dash of soda, stir briefly. 1 each apricot half stuck to the glass edge. Serve decorated with mint drink.
