Apricot jam Recipe Directions
1st Pour boiling water over the apricots, peel, halve and stone.
2nd The flesh crushed with a hand blender and fill with the almond in the bowl of food processor. Gradually drizzle the jam sugar and stir the mass at lowest level 30 minutes until they become plump.
3rd Jam into clean jars to fill and seal.
