Apricot fritters Recipe Directions
Dice the apricots in the rum and insert. Crumble yeast. With milk, add 2 tablespoons flour and 1 tablespoon sugar in a tall jar and stir until smooth. For 10 minutes to go. Remaining flour, 50 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt, egg and egg yolk, lemon peel, apricots and rum with the dough in a bowl and knead the dough hook of the hand mixer until smooth.
