Barley soup with chicken Recipe Directions
Rinse the chicken thighs in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then simmer with bay leaves, allspice, salt and pepper. Vegetable stock cubes and give it previously soaked Steipilze.
Carrots and celery Peel, wash and grate. Peel potatoes, wash them and bite-sized cubes.
Barley in a colander, rinse with cold water and pour into the saucepan and whole vegetables and cook until it is soft.
