Polish cheese cake

Ingredients for Polish cheese cake

8 St | Eggs |
400 grams | Powdered sugar |
250 grams | soft butter |
40 g | Semolina |
1 tbsp | Cornstarch |
2 tsp | Baking powder |
100 grams | Raisins |
Polish cheese cake Directions
Soak raisins in water. Separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff.
Cottage cheese, half the sugar and butter mix. Mix remaining sugar with the egg yolks until a whitish mass.
Semolina, cornstarch and baking powder together. Mix the quark mass together with the egg yolk mixture and the semolina mixture.
Drain and add raisins and mix briefly. Carefully fold egg whites and give the mixture into a greased springform pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees about 50 minutes.
