California Roll Temaki Directions
Rice in a bowl, cover with cold water to wash for 1-2 minutes stirring: for the rice. Drain. Repeat until the water runs clear. Rice with 250 ml of water in a rice cooker, let stand for 5-10 minutes. Then the rice simmer for 30-45 minutes. Rice in a plastic or wooden bowl, fill (no metal bowl!) And loosen up. Mix the vinegar with sugar and salt. Per 100 g uncooked rice 15 ml Essigmix ("Sushi Too") and pour over the hot rice with a wooden or plastic spoon to mix. Hot rice with a damp towel and take 10-15 minutes.
Put the nori sheets per Temaki across the work surface. Distribute rice to the left half, spread with a hint of wasabi. The cucumber strips and each fill lay diagonally on the rice, nori roll-shaped leaf bag. Temaki Serve with soy sauce.
