Ingredients for Apple risotto

1 pc Golden Delicious apple
L 1 Chicken broth, possibly 1 / 4 more
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 small Chopped onion
250 grams Risotto rice
125 cl Dry white wine
4 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
some Freshly grated nutmeg

Apple risotto Directions
