Ingredients for Aioli

| 3 tbsp | Mayonnaise |

| 1 pc | Shallot |
| 2 tbsp | Herbs (your choice) |
Aioli Directions
The garlic cloves and finely chop the shallot. Then chop the herbs finely.
Mix the mayonnaise and crème fraiche. Garlic, shallots and herbs and then close the season with some salt and pepper.
