1 / 4 liter | Cold pressed olive oil quality 1a |
1 / 2 tbsp | Lemon juice |
Aioli Recipe Directions
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Through the crushed garlic cloves, egg yolks, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl until fluffy.
The oil drop by drop at first, then add in larger doses under constant stirring. Each addition of oil to be absorbed completely by the sauce before being stirred into more oil. Finally, under the lemon juice beaten.
Refrigerate until ready to be eaten cold.
