1 pc | Heart springform pan |
some | Butter for greasing |
Strawberry Heart Directions
125 g sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar and three eggs until fluffy. Stir in flour and baking powder. Grease springform pan with some butter and then pour the batter. Bake about 20 minutes. Let cool and remove from the mold, then place the springform rim around it again.
Meanwhile, brush the strawberries. Milk to give a small residue in a pot and bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in the remaining milk, the pudding powder and sugar, then whisk into the hot milk stir. Simmer stirring constantly to cool and thicken again briefly, pour into pie shell and then to leave.

The packet red glaze with 1 / 4 l water and 2 tablespoons sugar, stir and let boil. Pour over cake with it. If the glaze is firm, remove the springform pan and the cake around edge with spray cream - or even better, of course, prepare fresh cream and pour into a pastry bag with star tip - decorate.
