The steak into strips and fry in a pan with some oil. Drain mushrooms have to admit, and let sauté slightly. Stir in a little flour and pour in the cream. Season with salt, pepper and vegetable broth.
To taste salt potatoes, pasta, rice, french fries, hash browns or green salad.
