Faster pasta dish with tomato sauce Directions
Spring onions Wash, clean and cut into thin rings. Tomatoes and stir into the onions, vinegar and juice.
Wash eggplant and zucchini and dice. Clean mushrooms and slice. Sprinkle the vegetables with some salt. Peel the garlic, chop finely and to the sauce. The sauce with salt, pepper and oregano to taste and stir in the vegetables.
Two-thirds of the sauce mix with the noodles and place in an ovenproof dish. Pour remaining sauce over and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees about 40 to 45 minutes browning baked until the cheese and the noodles are tender.
