Alsatian Tarte

Alsatian Tarte Directions
Yeast with sugar in 250 milliliters of lukewarm water, dissolve. Mix the flour with the salt and mix into a pastry board. In it, the Hefeflüssigkeit, incorporate the flour gradually until a smooth dough is formed. The course can be accomplished with the dough hook of the food processor. Cover dough with a cloth and let rise in a warm place 30-40 minutes.
Peeled onion cut into cubes, pour into a sieve and hold for 30 seconds in boiling water. Then rinse cold.
Dice the bacon.
Mix egg yolk with cream fraiche and cheese, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Roll out the dough in individual portions is very thin and prick several times with a fork (see photo).
Brush dough with this mixture, sprinkle with bacon and onion.
Bake in a preheated very hot oven (280 degrees) bake about 10 minutes.
Serve very hot.
