200 grams Creme fraiche
200 grams Onions
100 grams Bacon

Alsatian Tarte II Directions

First, mix flour, oil, water and salt well, knead and make a dough of good consistency. This then roll out very thin and spread with the crème fraiche.

Then the onions into thin slices and the bacon into thin, narrow strips and spread it evenly over the dough.

The Tarte is baked in a preheated oven at the highest level for about ten minutes. If the ground is crisp, the Tarte is ready.
