Spicy Cajun style turkey salad Recipe Directions
Mix the oil with pepper, chilli, oregano and thyme and place in freezer bags. Rinse the turkey breast fillets, pat dry, place in the bag, seal and marinate this meat about 15 minutes in spiced oils. Remove the fillets and fry in a pan completely sharp. Remove from heat and let stand about 5 minutes even, turning once. The fillets should not easily give in to pressure, but have been thoroughly cooked. Fillets with salt, remove from the pan and let cool slightly.
Rinse the spring onions and cut into thin rings. Remove garlic clove and press by the press. Rinse the parsley and dill possibly, shake dry and chop finely. Anything with vinegar and olive oil, stir, season with salt, pepper and a little pinch of sugar.
Fillets into approximately 5 mm thick slices and add to the marinade. Garnish with dill and parsley salad, lukewarm or even cold - serve - then let the best over night. Serve with bread.
