Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp risotto
Shrimp risotto ingredients:

Shrimp risotto Recipe Directions
Shrimp risotto preparation:
Remove the intestines of the shrimp, shrimp wash, pat dry, then season with salt and pepper. The shrimp in a small sauté pan about 3 minutes.
Finely chop the thyme.
2 tablespoons butter with the olive oil in a large frying pan. The onions until soft, then sauté the garlic briefly. Add the thyme and rice and fry while stirring for about 3 minutes.
