200 grams Cream cheese

100 grams Beaten cream
100 grams Flour
2 pcs Eggs
125 ml Milk
1 pinch Salt
1 / 2 tbsp Melted butter
some Clarified butter for frying

Crepes with berry cream Directions

The berries with sugar syrup and mix. Cut the vanilla pod and remove the marrow out. The cheese with the vanilla, lemon juice and lemon peel until smooth. Then fold in the whipped cream and finally the marinated berries.
