Roast turkey breast with baked pumpkin Recipe Directions
Preheat the oven to 175 °. Pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and slice. Peel onions and cut in half. Vanilla bean in half lengthwise. The columns pumpkin with onions, vanilla bean and thyme branches mix in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and place in a roasting pan. Fill with broth.
Turkey breast with kitchen string to tie a roast. Mix honey with pepper powder, lemon zest and canola oil in a bowl. Brush the roast generously so, season with salt and pepper and place on the pumpkin. Bake in the oven about 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
