Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin soup with ginger

500 grams Hokkaido pumpkin
1st Onion 1st Garlic
1 pc Ginger size of a walnut
2 tbsp Butter
800 ml Vegetable broth
250 grams Whipped cream
2 tbsp Walnuts
Icing sugar for dusting
Salt
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
1 pinch Cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar

Pumpkin soup with ginger Recipe Directions

1st Wash pumpkin in half, remove seeds and dice. Onion, garlic, pull off peel the ginger and chop everything finely. Heat butter in a pan, pumpkin, onion, garlic, ginger to saute. Moisten with broth and cream. Simmer for 20 minutes.

2nd Coarsely chop the nuts in a frying pan without fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, remove from the pan.

3rd Puree soup. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, sugar. In bowls, sprinkle with nuts. Possibly. garnish with chilli strips.
