Pumpkin soup with ginger Recipe Directions
1st Wash pumpkin in half, remove seeds and dice. Onion, garlic, pull off peel the ginger and chop everything finely. Heat butter in a pan, pumpkin, onion, garlic, ginger to saute. Moisten with broth and cream. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2nd Coarsely chop the nuts in a frying pan without fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, remove from the pan.
