Potato gratin with bacon and Chaumes Directions
Peel potatoes and slice into thin slices or, let Precooking potatoes in steam about 8 minutes and drain well.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Onions and smoked bacon in butter and olive oil, fry and 15 minutes on low heat "melt" slowly. Finally, parsley and thyme and stir well with the onions.
