Pasta Bolognese Recipe Directions
Cook pasta until al dente. For the sauce, onions, peeled and finely dice the carrot. Cut the bacon finely and fry in a saucepan. Onions and carrots in bacon fat fry briefly.
Add ground beef and sear, stirring occasionally. Thyme, mushrooms, tomato paste and add red wine and season with salt and pepper. Cook sauce 5 minutes through well. The carefully drained pasta with meat sauce and garnish, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and fresh thyme.
