120 grams | Zucchini |
150 grams | Kohlrabi |
160 grams | Carrots |
350 grams | Vegetable broth |
some | Salt and pepper |
Lowfat vegetable soup Recipe Directions
Peel the carrots, trim the ends and cut into thin slices.
Wash the zucchini into small cubes.
Peel the kohlrabi into small cubes.
Peel the onions and the garlic and chop.
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic in it.
The vegetables add, briefly fry and pour in the broth.
The vegetables, cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.
Puree and season to taste with salt and pepper.
