Glass Noodle Soup LowFat Directions
At first, the chicken breast into strips and marinate them with 3 tablespoons soy sauce 15 minutes. Soak the glass noodles in warm water.
The carrots, broccoli and peas in the broth for 5 minutes at low heat. Then add the meat and shrimp.
The noodles cook for about 3 minutes. Season with pepper and sambal oelek.
