Kohlrabi Soup Recipe Directions
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Place in a saucepan, add the water and let boil. Add the vegetable stock. Stir for about 15-20 minutes and let cook until the cabbage is soft.
The whole mash with a hand blender, add the sour cream, mix well and serve on a plate.
