Iceberg lettuce with Harzerkse Recipe Directions
Iceberg lettuce with Harzerkse preparation:
Clean the lettuce, chop wash, and drain well.
Mix the salad with the dressing and arrange on a plate.
Wash the cucumber, cut into thin slices and distribute the salad around.
Wash the tomatoes in half, and spread on the cucumber slices.
Peel and halve the eggs, and also to distribute the cucumber slices (see photo). Type depending on taste with salt.
Cut the cheese into thin slices and spread it over the salad, to give a few onion rings.
Sprinkle with some paprika and cumin.
