Curried Carrot Recipe Directions
Peel the carrots, cut into slices and cook until al dente in about 10 minutes. Then pour off the cooking water and sprinkle the flour over the carrots.
Put the pot back on the stove set, pour in the milk. Stir until the carrots until the sauce thickens slightly. This season will conclude with curry, salt and pepper.
