Creamy shrimp soup Recipe Directions
Carrot, onion, ginger and spring onion cut into rough pieces and fry in olive oil. Pour in fish stock, wine and water.
Cook for half an hour and then pour through a sieve.
The spring onion and ginger remove, give the rest back into the soup. The shrimp into pieces. Shrimp with the curry powder and pepper sear and deglaze with the soup.
Again, let simmer about 15 minutes. Then everything smooth with a hand blender puree and thicken with cream.
Boil briefly and serve with some shrimp pieces and the dill.
