6 Schb Parma ham
some Parmesan in a row
some very ripe Brie
2 tsp Butter
12 large Basil leaves
12 small Basil leaves
4 pcs Cocktail tomatoes

Canaps with Briecreme Parma ham and Parmesan Recipe Directions

Cut out 12 circles from the bread slices.

Remove from the Brie something from the very soft ground inside out with the butter and stir into a paste. So brush the bread dollars.

The ham in half. Put on each piece of bread a large basil leaf. Shape the ham to a rose and place it on the basil leaf.

The tomatoes from the center cut each into three slices. Remove the inside of the tomato slices. 12 small slices of Parmesan plane down and lay on the ham.

Then add the tomatoes into rings and then put each one of the small basil leaves.
