3 pc | Onions |
3 pc | Garlic cloves |
2 pcs | Tomatoes |
1 bunch | Thyme |
2 tbsp | Sour cream |
2 tbsp | Sossenbinder dark |
Braised pork Recipe Directions
Rub the comb with salt, pepper and 2 crushed garlic cloves. Melt butter in a saucepan. Sauté the meat is brown all around. The onions and the tomatoes into small pieces and fry.
Approx. 500 ml of water casting. The thyme and remaining garlic clove and cook to give, until the meat is tender. Then out of the pan, cut into slices and keep warm.
Now the sauce with all ingredients through a sieve. Boil and stir in the Sossenbinder. Season to taste again.
Finally, the pot from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Bon appetit.
