Recipe Ingredients for Arab carrot salad

150 grams | Natural yoghurt |

some | Salt and pepper |

2 tbsp | Chives |
Arab carrot salad Recipe Directions
Peel carrots and grate finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash peppers, remove seeds and dice finely. Clean and slice leeks into thin rings.
Sour cream, natural yoghurt, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, mustard and chives together in a dressing verühren
Give the dressing over the vegetables in quantities, and let rest for 15 minutes.
