1 tbsp Butter
250 ml Cream
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1 pinch Nutmeg
80 grams Parmesan cheese
8 lvs Basil

Tortellini alla panna Recipe Directions

In a pot with salted water, cook the tortellini according to package directions until al dente.

During the heat the butter and cream to boil 100 ml briefly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
