Roulade with spinach Recipe Directions
Thaw the spinach and cut the cheese into cubes. Both are distributed over a large slice of beef (about 500 grams). Roll up and hold stuffed with needles.
Rouladenfix Stir in boiling water, place the roulade and cook over low heat about 90 minutes in a closed pot. Pour some water at will. When cooked, remove the roll and season the sauce with tomato paste and creme fraiche.
