Recipe Ingredients for Jamaica Jerk

4 pcs Garlic cloves
6 St large onions
4 cups Oil (sunflower or olive)
10 cups Soy sauce
10 fret Thyme
3 pc Panama Pepper (also called Did Nero Pepper or Jalapeno)
110 grams Cinnamon
1 tbsp Cloves
4 tbsp Jamaican allspice
10 pc Nutmeg
4 pcs Large limes

Jamaica Jerk Recipe Directions

Note: The sauce must be prepared three days before use, but can then be stored for six months (in the supercooled). Preparation: garlic cloves, the onion, oil and soy sauce in a blender and vigorously mix.
