Jamaica Jerk Recipe Directions
Note: The sauce must be prepared three days before use, but can then be stored for six months (in the supercooled). Preparation: garlic cloves, the onion, oil and soy sauce in a blender and vigorously mix.
Panama thyme and pepper (also chili is an alternative) to enter and mix again.
Cinnamon, cloves, allspice and Jamaican Muskatnuesse attach and continue mixing.
