Celery and parmesan salad Recipe Directions
The heart of a celery plant (lower end) into thin slices, add the chopped tender leaves, 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan to give it, garnish with 1-2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts, parsley and arugula leaves. Serve olive oil with the juice of one lemon, salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
