Amaretto zabaglione Recipe Directions
Egg yolks in a large bowl until fluffy and sugar. Wine and sherry and add the water while continuously beating to make a foamy cream.
Gelatin lay briefly in cold water, dissolve in the hot cream while stirring and continue to beat until cooled down until the cream. Whip cream until stiff, mix with the almond liqueur and fold into the cream. Chill. Before serving, toast almonds and spread over the cream.
