Recipe Ingredients for Sage syrup

2 hv Fresh sage leaves (dried correspondingly less)
1 kg Sugar
L 1 Water
1 pc Untreated orange, sliced
1 pc Lemon in untreated slices
2 Msp Citric acid

Sage syrup Recipe Directions

Boil the water with the sugar and mix well. The sage leaves with slices of citrus fruits in a large enough container with the sugar and water over them.

2-3 days with daily stirring possibly pull in the fridge. Strain and boil briefly, with the citric acid and dispense into bottles while still hot.
