2 hv | Fresh sage leaves (dried correspondingly less) |
1 kg | Sugar |
L 1 | Water |
1 pc | Untreated orange, sliced |
1 pc | Lemon in untreated slices |
2 Msp | Citric acid |
Sage syrup Recipe Directions
Boil the water with the sugar and mix well. The sage leaves with slices of citrus fruits in a large enough container with the sugar and water over them.
2-3 days with daily stirring possibly pull in the fridge. Strain and boil briefly, with the citric acid and dispense into bottles while still hot.
