1 pc | large tomato, diced |
1 / 4 cup | freshly chopped basil |

1 cup | Creme fraiche |
1 / 4 cup | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Creamy Spinach Tortellini Recipe Directions
The tortellini as usual in salted boiling water and then drain.
In a pan heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic in it for about 4 minutes to brown. Add the spinach, just as the tomato, basil, salt and pepper. Approx. Simmer for another 5 minutes and stir every now and then.
Now stir in the creme fraiche and also the Parmesan. Boiled up and then adjust the heat.
Now add the tortellini and simmer again for about 4 minutes.
