Grilled Sage Lamb Recipe Directions

Peel garlic and chop finely. Lime wash, dry and finely rub, squeeze juice. Sage leaves from the stems, rinse off, pat dry and cut it fine.

Garlic, herbs and lime zest in a mixing bowl. Lamb meat and pat dry if necessary, then rub with the herb mixture. Drizzle with lime juice. Meat covered put one hours cold.
