Fish fillet with potato wedges and lemonsage carrots Directions
First, peel the carrots and cut into slices. Spring onions and cut into rings, then place along with the carrots, some salt, pepper and butter into a Dampfgarbeutel. A little squeeze of lime juice into the bag and add the sage leaves.
Seal bag, shake briefly and then give place for 2 minutes at 750 watts in the microwave, then closed the bag to the side.
Meanwhile, peel potatoes, halved and cut into sticks. With very little olive oil mix, salt lightly and add them with a small sip of water in a second Dampfgarbeutel.
Cook at 750 watts for about 5 minutes.
Now the fish fillet in the first bag to put the carrots, seal bag and cook the potatoes on again for 5-8 minutes (depending on thickness of fillets). Then arrange everything together on a plate.
