Classic Tiramisu Recipe Directions
Egg yolks with a mixer until creamy. Add sugar and mascarpone.
Make coffee and pour the amaretto in a shallow dish so that the liquid is about 1 cm high. Then provide a form for the tiramisu, which is deep enough to stratify for the tiramisu. Now the biscuits (with sugar side up) for half dipped in the liquid (only very short or they will be mushy) and then roll out the bottom of the mold with it (only one layer of biscuits).
The mascarpone cream into three parts and the first pass flat on the biscuits. Now and again dipping biscuits in coffee and mascarpone cream layers on. After the biscuits again follows the mascarpone cream, then the last row of biscuits. Now the last part of the mascarpone cream to smooth it out and dust it with a fine layer of cocoa.
