Clam chowder Recipe Directions
1st 1 kg mussels about 5 minutes in their own juice, cook until they open. Pick the meat from the shells, pour 250 ml Kochsud by Passiertuch.
2nd 2 shallots and 1 clove of garlic in 3 tablespoons butter until. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of flour and pour in the Kochsud and 200 ml of white wine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3rd Pour 250 ml of cream and season with 1 teaspoon Madras curry powder. Nor let simmer a few minutes. 2 egg yolks thicken the soup. No more boil! The clam meat in the soup just warm.
