Ingredients: 1 chicken breast 500 ml cream suitable fat fat yogurt 500 ml 150g carrot 150g celery one medium onion 4-5 cloves garlic 2 cubes Knorr vinegar 4 egg yolks, salt, pepper

Soup radauteana Preparation

Cooking: Boil the chicken with carrots, onions, celery and Knorr cubes. Separately make a sauce of cream, yogurt, 4 yolks and garlic. Remove breasts from pan to boil and break the thin strips. Also boiled vegetables and mashed with the blender and add the previously prepared sauce. In the soup of boiled chicken and vegetables add sauce with chest. Boil further 5 minutes and end the flavor with salt, pepper and vinegar in sufficient quantities. (Soup must be sufficiently sour).
