Crepes filled with minced meat Directions
Stir with an electric mixer 3 eggs, milk and flour to a smooth dough. Stir in beer and salt and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the egg is hard boiled, peeled and discouraged. Dice onion and bacon. Fry everything together. Minced meat and mix with brown. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Dice the egg and mix well. Keep warm. Bake the dough into thin crepes and fill with the minced meat mixture. Serve with a fresh green salad.
