The ice cubes in the shaker. The remaining ingredients except the champagne also give in a shaker, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass or into a champagne flute.

Fill with dry sparkling wine and serve with a straw.

Tip: To set can still be a herb leaves or fruit to be placed on the glass.
