Clams and white wine sauce Recipe Directions
Oil in an ovenproof saucepan and brown the garlic.
Add the mussels and cook over low heat until they open.
Bread crumbs and water and pour the white wine into the pot. Cook over low heat about 10 minutes, while shaking the pan gently until the sauce becomes thick.
