Ingredients for Caraway sticks

350 grams Whole wheat flour
200 grams Rye flour
200 grams Wheat flour
1 tbsp Salt
L 1 Milk
1 Wf or fresh yeast
1 Pck Dry yeast
1 tsp Honey
2 tsp Apple butter or apple juice (from the health food store)
2 tbsp Caraway seeds

Caraway sticks Directions

1st Pour the three flours in a bowl. Mix with salt. Heat the milk. Crumble the fresh yeast. Mix the yeast with warm milk and 1 / 4 liter lukewarm water and honey, apple butter and 2 tsp cumin.
